I've been working on the distribution strategy and have identified a major international opportunity for the AFX bond that I wanted to share with you.

Skybound Wealth Management is an FCA-regulated international wealth management firm with over $2bn in assets under management and offices across London, Dubai, Johannesburg, Mauritius, Hong Kong, and Australia. They already actively distribute an 8% loan note product (Argen Capital) to their global client base — so they have proven appetite and established infrastructure for exactly the type of product we're building.

I have a warm introduction teed up through Arun Sahota (Private Wealth Partner at Skybound) to the person who makes the product decisions for their investment platform. Once we have everything prepared and ready, I can take the AFX bond straight to them.

This opens up distribution well beyond the UK — into the GCC and international markets through an established, regulated platform. It sits alongside Broadbench Capital as a significant additional distribution channel.
